In the evening, our intimate bar comes alive, with a stone hearth fireplace, delicious food, great wines, and local, award-winning spirits and liquors. Just like our kitchen, we insist our bar is local, and showcase the best spirits produced in Millbrook, the Hudson Valley, and New York state. The Vintage at The Millbrook Inn also features a unique New York-focused wine program, curating the best wines from the Hudson Valley, North Fork and Finger Lakes regions.
